Are you using a guest list? If so, please ensure that the guest's name is listed in your guest list, spelled correctly and free of extra spaces and special characters.
If you're not using a guest list, you may have inadvertently set your RSVP to allow only guests listed in your guest list to RSVP. If no guests are listed, no guests will be able to reply to your RSVP. To change this setting:
1. Open your event
2. Click Guest List
3. Locate the setting "Allow only listed guests to RSVP" at the top of the page
4. Change this setting from "On" to "Off"
